We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

Refund Request Period

Customers can request a refund within 10 days of purchase.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The service must be unused or minimally used (e.g., fewer than 5 video generations)
  • Refund requests should be sent via email to hi@novavideo.ai
  • Please provide your email address and the reason for the refund request
  • Include your order number or transaction ID for faster processing

Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving the refund request, we will review it within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been approved
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits or subscriptions that have been substantially used (more than 20% of allocated credits consumed)
  • Custom enterprise plans (contact us to discuss alternative solutions)
  • Promotional or discounted purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
